Kristen Vohs is an artist from Fort Collins, Colorado. She is very active in the Northern Colorado art community. She likes to take on painting commissions for murals, pet portraits and landscapes. Vohs is known for her use of bright colors and her swirling and curly lines. She has displayed her art at numerous local galleries and restaurants in Fort Collins over the last several years. Vohs also owns and operates It’s Gogh Time, a mobile painting party business. She will be painting her 3rd piano for the Fort Collins Pianos About Town Program this summer. She has also painted a couple of electrical boxes for the Fort Collins Art in Public Places Program. Her first two boxes are located on the corner of Mulberry and Whitcomb. Last summer she finished her newest and largest mural located in the Old Firehouse Alley between Prost Brewery and the Elizabeth Hotel in Fort Collins. Coming up this fall, Kristen Vohs will be the leading a community mural project in the Fort Collins- Maple Hill Neighborhood. The Mural will be on the retaining walls of a pedestrian underpass and is sponsored by Vibrant Grants.
